Our factory
constructed on a green field site began operation in December 1995. All the
technology and equipment were purchased from the UK on a turnkey basis. All
types of scraps are sorted before melting in tilting reverberatory furnace
which has been custom built and includes a unique fume extraction system
which ensures that, while melting is efficient, any atmospheric emissions
are restricted to well within environmental legislation. The composition of
the metal is monitored and controlled throughout melting prior to casting
into nominal 5Kg ingots.
